Caroline G. Boehm, Counsel

Caroline practices primarily in the areas of trademark and copyright law and advises clients on trademark searching and clearance, registration, maintenance and general strategy. Caroline practices before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.

Prior to joining K&S, Caroline was associated with Fross, Zelnick, Lehrman, & Zissu, P.C., where she practiced in the areas of copyright, trademark, unfair competition, internet and anti-counterfeiting law.

Caroline holds a Juris Doctor from Columbia University School of Law where she was a recipient of the Carroll G. Harper Prize for achievement in intellectual property studies, a finalist for the Tony PatiƱo Fellowship for public service and academic achievement, and served as a Moot Court Editor and Moot Court Judge. She received her Bachelor of Arts from Queens College, City University of New York, summa cum laude, where she was Valedictorian, Phi Beta Kappa and BALA (Business and Liberal Arts) Valedictorian.

Caroline is admitted to the New York State bar and the District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York
